What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the work email address you submit. If we later speak, we may also keep the information you choose to share about your company and customer journey.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a relevant demo and discuss whether a pilot makes sense. We do not sell your information or add it to unrelated marketing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only while the conversation is active or while it is reasonably useful to follow up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Website forms
The site is prepared for Netlify Forms. If hosted with Netlify, submitted form data is processed and stored by Netlify for the site owner. Before launch, the final hosting provider and contact details should be added here.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold, correct it or request deletion. Add the final company name, postal details and privacy contact before publishing this notice.
Customer data in a pilot
A pilot would be covered by separate terms and a data processing agreement. Data fields, purpose, retention, deletion and subprocessors would be agreed before access. Customer data would not be used to train shared models.
